Working with My Office Assistant

We need to get started by having a complimentary consultation to discuss your business needs and the services you are looking to delegate.  We will also discuss what services that we offer and skills that we bring to the table.  This is the phase were we get a feel for each other, discover if we are compatible with each and decide if virtual assistance services are for you.

This is also the time to ask you questions and go over the processes and procedures of My Office Assistant.  We will cover our basic business practices and terms and conditions of our contract.

Once you decide that we are the right fit for your company, we move on to:

  1. We put together a comprehensive proposal and strategy of the services we will be offering you along with best ways to communicate to make the most for you.  This will include an estimate of how much time per month you will need to achieve your goals and a complete task list that you will need help with.  We have services to fit all budgets and projects and we will provide you an idea of how much time a task will take.
  2. Once we agree on an action plan for your company, we will put together a service agreement for your review and signature.  The agreement will outline all of the details on work assignments, our business policies and basic terms and conditions.  We will also ask for a service retainer and that you schedule any training time you may need.
  3. Then we start. We will pick a date for services to begin and get started.

Not sure about working with My Office Assistant.  We offer a getting to know you package that includes a set number of hours with no contract so that you can get a feel for what we can do for you.  Once you are satisfied and would like to continue with us, then we move ahead to setting up a service agreement.
