Determine your need by tracking the following.
- Write down everything you do during the week.
- Rank each task: (L) Love it, (D) It gets done (H) Hate it (P) Procrastinate on it.
- Calculate how much time you spend on each task (including procrastination time).
- Determine what to outsource: All tasks with (H) and (P).
- Once you have a plan consider also adding tasks marked with (D).
After you have clearly defined what tasks and processes you can outsource it is time to think about timelines and guidelines. Think about your goals and projects and how timelines and milestones work into your end products.
