I do listen to some of her songs but what has me a fan is her product marketing.  Lady Gaga is a what you see is what you get kinda girl and for some it may not work.  However for the masses it does.  Why?  I believe it is because she has a story and is constantly inviting you into it.  Whether it is her songs, her causes, her outrageous outfits or her social media account, she wants you to feel a personal connection to her.

She is not afraid to piss off anyone, nor do I think she cares if she does.  She has passion about her industry, opinions and causes therefore she keeps herself relevant.  She is different, enough said.  Gaga has a purpose to her marketing and therefore is successful at it.  She is personable to her fans and her following shows it.  She is confident in her persona and her success shows that.
